Strengths, Weaknesses, & Goals
Strengths
I have a great ability to problem solve.  I have always been a problem solver, but being in a PBL setting has strengthened this trait.
I have a great "library" of resources.   If I don't have a book or information available to me, I know how to get the information.  I tend to get a lot of information off of the internet.  It is important to keep in mind where the information is coming from though. Anyone can put a web site on the internet; as long as the information is coming from a reputable source it is a great resource for information.
I am always up to a challenge and when challenged I will go beyond the minimal expectations.  I thrive on success.
I love to learn.  I never want to stop learning.  My motto has always been, "when you stop learning, you stop living."  I have always taken responsibility for my own learning.

Weaknesses
I can organize my time appropriately, but I need to work on not procrastinating.  As much as I tell myself that I will begin to work on projects early, I tend to think about them too much and wait to actually start them.
I need to work on prioritizing personal and professional goals.  While in school I handled this problem by not setting too many personal goals.  All of my goals were school/professionally related.
I have gained experience in setting goals for myself and my learning, but  I still need to work on writing objective and measurable goals for my patients.
I would like to be able to learn by teaching others.

Goals
By the time I finish my Tier II clinical experience, I will be able to write objective and measurable goals for my patients.
It is my understanding that  I will need to conduct an inservice while at Tier II.  By doing this inservice, I will be able to learn by teaching others.
