I use technology to help communicate and to meet the needs of different audiences.
I need to work on presenting verbal messages in a logically sequenced and organized manner. Sometimes I really need to think about what I want to say. Other times, I'm thinking faster than I could speak and things come out all mixed up.
There is still room for improvement in my written communication. This includes documentation. It still takes me a long time to doccument.
I have some bad habits when it comes to nonverbal communication. Many times I'll stand with my arms crossed or my hands in my pocket.
By the time I finish Tier II, my documenting will be quick and accurate.
By the time I finish Tier II, I will replace my nonverbal bad habits with good habits.
