This goal sheet demonstrates how I am self-critical. Nobody knows you better than yourself. This is why you are the best person to provide criticism. I seem to be pretty good at providing self-criticism; maybe I 'have been too good at it. I always seem to be criticizing myself.

I have the ability to recognize my own biases. I still do not believe that I will be able to work in a nursing home. I still may change my mind, but I don't think I will. It's not that I don't have an open mind when it comes to working with the elderly, I just don't think that it's for me.

This journal entry is another example of my self-criticism. In this journal entry I was criticizing my testing abilities, my portfolio, and my learning in general. From this criticism I find ways to improve. This shows progression from just being self-critical.

This journal entry is about test anxiety. In this journal entry I am not only self-criticising my test taking abilities, but I am analyzing as to what causes the test taking ability. The fact that I am able to do this shows progression from just being self-critical.
